Louth/Meath change of dates
On November 12th in Navan Maria Harney is, through the Modern Languages Support Service, leading an illustrated workshop highlighting approaches to learning and teaching Modern Languages. Applications to attend are channelled through Modern Languages Support Services.
Accordingly, Sandrine Pac-Kenny's presentation in Dundalk on writing skills at Junior Cycle has been postponed until November 26th.
FTA Conference, Marie-Thérèse Batardière notes

Language Assistants
The University of the Littoral Opal Coast in Boulogne-Sur-Mer France has several Masters in FLE students available to work as language assistants from the middle of February until the remainder of the academic year.

National Conference
Enrollment for Saturday's conference has reached its maximum of three hundred – a record for the FTA – and accordingly has closed.
Members attending are encouraged to arrive in good time so as to allow a prompt start to what is a charged schedule.
